Chamber Bowling Tournament

Description: This is a fundraiser for the Clarinda Chamber of Commerce.
We offer three shifts, with 3 games each. One game is regular bowling,
second is 9-pin and the third is Glow Bowl. We have fun challenges
throughout the night.

Nodaway Valley Historical Museum's 20th Anniversary
Date: June 28, 2008
Location: Museum
Time: 10:00 a.m. ~ 3:00 p.m.
Description: To celebrate our anniversary we are holding a festival at our
museum that will include activities and demonstrations for all ages to
enjoy. Demonstrations include; blacksmithing, milk separating, butter
making, needlecrafts - treadle sewing machine, wood carving, and ice cream
making. Participate by shelling corn, making rope or watching the printing
press in action. The Tarkio Valley Tractor Club will be showing their
antique tractors.
